| Eddie (Ben Stiller) is a single man and is indecisive about having a relationship. Eddie meets a girl name Lisa (Malin Åkerman) and starts dating her. At the urging of his father (Jerry Stiller) He Proposes to her after six weeks. While on their honeymoon in Mexico, Eddie becomes very disappointed in his wife. She refuses to use sunblock, she is into crazy sex, and she suffers from nose problems due to cocaine use. He soon meets Miranda (Michelle Monaghan), and due to his lies he told her she leaves him. His passport is destroyed, and he is forced to cross the border illegally. He visits Miranda, who has married and rejected him. A year later, Eddie is now married and Miranda is divorced. They meet in Mexico, and Eddie tells his wife he wants them to split up. |
